This briefcase is very similar to the one that I've been carrying around for years. The dimensions are great; big enough to carry a couple of 8.5 x 11" binders with a molded pocket for your phone, or molskine, checkbook, or whatever, easily accessable.
I went for an "all leather" approach on this one, there are no metal parts whatsoever. The handle and latch are all molded from handsewn leather.
It also includes an adjustable shoulder strap, not shown here.
